Pay: $31.19ph

Shifts:
Start times between 6:00am – 9:30am (must be flexible)
Approx. 8-hour shifts
Workdays: Monday to Friday (additional shifts may be available; potential shift changes in the near future)

Transport: Own vehicle required

Looking to join a well-established food manufacturer with consistent work and long-term opportunity? We’re currently seeking Casual Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Operators to support daily production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for hands-on workers who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with repetitive tasks while following strict quality and safety standards.

Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Role (Physically Active, Repetitive Role)
Duties include:

  • Mixing ingredients according to recipes
  • Weighing and preparing ingredients accurately
  • Unwrapping products and placing them into mixing bowls
  • Moving wheelie bins around the warehouse with product mix
  • Tipping bread and handling raw materials
  • Using lifting aids safely and correctly
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Thinking ahead to maintain production flow
  • Working in a monotonous/repetitive environment
  • Following GMP, quality, and health & safety requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or process work experience (desirable)
  • Ability to read, understand, and complete paperwork
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • GMP and workplace health & safety awareness
  • Quality-focused mindset
  • Own reliable vehicle and transport
  • Flexibility with start times and potential shift changes
